Overview

One Happo is a James Bond fantasy made real. iPads are located discreetly throughout the property, used to control lighting or access the 250 on-demand movie library.

3D plasma TVs retract from your bedroom ceiling at the touch of an iPad. The chalet directly faces Happo ski resort gondola - 100 metres from your chalet door to the slopes.

There is a wow-factor at every turn: the glass top pool table (the first ever imported into Japan), the floor-to-ceiling glass wine room, the transparent fireplace, Bang and Olufsen plasma screens and control4 home automation system.

From the sleek marble cocktail bar to the Teppanyaki counter and infra-red heated viewing deck, every element has been selected from the top shelf, with absolutely no expense spared.

En-suited bedrooms offer views of either the mountain or the beautiful secluded Wadano forest.

This is a mountain retreat that even non-skiers will love. The huge state-of-the-art gymnasium, far-infra red sauna and Onsen offer something for everyone.

The gym is obscenely well equipped: 16 of the latest Technogym equipment, plus PowerPlate pro-6 - all for your exclusive usage.
