Nagano Snow Shuttle - Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings can only be accepted more than 72 hours in advance. However, availability is limited so guests are encouraged to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Bookings can only be accepted from Samurai Snow guests.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Samurai Snow via email.
  • Bookings are subject to the Samurai Snow terms and conditions.
  • Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to info [at] samuraisnow.com.
  • Guests arriving on delayed flights will be put on the next available bus where possible or assisted in finding alternate transport. In the case where guests are delayed/miss the bus for reasons other than delayed flights (e.g. missed flight), 100% cancellation fee applies.
  • Where possible, buses will wait for delayed flights. In the event that flight is delayed beyond reasonable limits, the bus wil depart without the passnegers on delayed flights. This is solely at the discretion of Hakubus Operators. Under no circumstances will compensation be offered to passengers who miss the bus due to airline delay
  • Nagano Snow Shutte is non smoking & no alcohol allowed service
  • All passngers must check in and be ready to board the bus at least 15 minutes before departure. Passengers who check in later may be denied boarding
  • 2 pieces of checked luggage and 1 small carry on luggage allowed per person. Passengers with luggage in excess of this amount will be charged for extra luggage and it will only be carried on avaialble space basis.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payment

  • Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking

Cancellation

  • 30 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
  • 15 to 30 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 14 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
  • "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Room Availability Information / Booking

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.

When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.

Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.

Checking Availability

If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.

We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.

Booking

To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
