We are currently only able to book guiding tours for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.

Tours can cater for all standards; from aspiring riders hoping to try their first powder run to full fledged backcountry fanatics.
With a small guide to guest ratio of 1:4, our team of highly trained guides are able to tailor the tour to your goals and ability and give you the best Niseko experience possible.
Each tour includes our ‘First Tracks’ service, allowing you access to Hanazono’s incredible ski runs before the lifts open to the public. Then, stay ahead of the crowds as your guide leads you through the best powder pockets that only the experienced locals know about.

Tours run from 3rd December 2022 to 9th April 2023 - depending on snow conditions.

Pricing for the upcoming winter season will be confirmed soon.
In the meantime, please refer to the 2022 / 23 season pricing as an approximation.
2022 / 23 Prices
- Pricing is for a maximum of 4 guests. 1 additional guest can be included for ¥10,000. Intermediate riders must arrange an additional guide for groups between 6 - 7 guests.
- Private Tours have a flexible start time between 7:40am and 9:30am. All tours must complete by 3:30pm.
- To ensure a tour is best suited to guest’s needs, it is essential that our guides communicate with guests prior to the tour. Please provide contact details (preferably an email address and phone number) at the time of booking.
- The Powder 3 Dayz package does not need to be consecutive days. This is open to the guests to decide, however changing dates of the tours once in resort will be subject to availability.
Tour Schedule
6:45 - 7:30: Early starts are part of the fun when you are chasing fresh tracks! Pick up times are quite early in order to make the most of our ‘First Tracks’
7:40 - 8:00: Before the tour a comprehensive safety briefing for the day is given that includes use of avalanche safety equipment.
8:00 - 13:30: Time to shred that powder! Full day tours are 6 hours long and half day tours are 4.5 hours. Your guide will be entirely flexible regarding breaks for snacks and lunch depending on what suits you.
13:30 - 14:00: After a big day on the mountain our driver will take you back to your accommodation for you or you can ski back to your accommodation to enjoy a well deserved rest or more powder!
