Looking directly at Mount Yotei through a room-wide floor-to-ceiling window, each sitting area is a symmetrical pairing of a luxurious gas fireplace and a collection of generously proportioned day-beds.

Ceiling heights in all Lofts have been intentionally maximised. False ceilings have been banished and doors have been crafted at the maximum heights possible to create a sensation of space and urbanity rarely found in an apartment in Japan.

The wide-plank industrial wooden floorboards provide a warm complement to the grey-cashmere tones of the rough off-form concrete walls, the smooth washed concrete long-table and charcoal grey of cushions punctuated by Hermes-orange and persimmon piping.

Each loft is designed to a high standard combining an industrial aesthetic with traditional Japanese features. During your visit you will experience the sensual delights of granite ofuro baths, mushiro straw-mat rugs, down futons, Nara wood floors and, bamboo screens.

Each Suiboku Loft is a destination meant to be enjoyed by family and friends on cold winter nights and warm summer evenings.

            Booking Terms

            Payments

            • 25% Accommodation Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
            • 75% Accommodation Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

            Cancellation

            • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
            • Cancellation made before 75 days before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies
            • Cancelation made within 75 days of the check-in date will result in 100% cancellation fee applies

            Good Housekeeping Deposit

            • A good housekeeping deposit payment of JPY ¥120,000 is required prior to check in as a bond representing the guest's agreement to leave the property as found.
            • The property is inspected upon check out and the deposit payment is refunded, provided the property is left as found.
            • The owner may claim for any loss or damage up to the amount of the good housekeeping deposit.
            • In addtion to damages, they may claim of excessive cleaning costs, smoking in the properties or taking petes into the properties.

            Check In / Out

            • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
            • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows for an additional fee
            • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
