A recently refurbished self-contained 2 bedroom private cottage on the grounds of Momiji Lodge Hakuba.

Guests can use any of Momiji’s facilities if they wish - laundry, hot tubs, restaurant/bar, breakfasts available at extra cost.

Niwa Cottage is located on the grounds of Momiji Lodge. Whilst the property is surrounded by pristine snow-capped forest, the nearest slopes are just 150m away.

Enjoy skiing at the nearby resorts of Norikura, Cortina and Tsugaike, which make up just a few of the 11 resorts of the Hakuba Valley. And once you're done you may like to experience the nearby natural hot spring where you can mingle with locals and like-minded travellers to the area.

Payments

  • 100% Balance Payment required no later than 90 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 91 or more days before check in date - 0% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 90 days of check in date, 100% cancellation fee applies

Flexible Booking

This cancellation policy will be reconsidered in the event of international travel restrictions prevent travel to the accommodation.

Minimum Age

  • A cash or credit card deposit of ¥50,000 is required upon check-in
  • Deposit returned within 7 days upon satisfactory inspection of property following check-out
