We are currently only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from Tokyo or one of the other resorts in the Japan Alps (Myoko, Hakuba, Shiga Kogen and Madarao Kogen) to Nozawa Onsen.
For transfers to Nozawa Onsen, the driver will meet you in your hotel lobby, carry your bags to the vehicle and drop you off at your check in location in Nozawa Onsen.
For transfers from Nozawa Onsen, the driver will collect you from your accommodation and drop you off at your hotel. This means no lugging ski bags around the city or ski resort!
Private jumbo taxi vehicle transfers must be booked in advance.
Prices - 2023 / 24
- Mini Bus has 13x seats but can transport up 7x people & 7x suitcases maximum
- Micro Bus has 23x seats but can transport up 13x people & 13x suitcases maximum
- Prices shown are in Japanese Yen and are based on one-way transfer between Hakuba and the other ski resort or city listed and include a 5% booking fee.
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
- 30 to 75 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 30 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
