A private or shared airport taxi transfer service between Hakuba and your chosen airport.
Jumbo 7-Seater Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Nozawa Onsen.
On arrival at the airport, the driver will meet you in the arrival lobby, carry your bags to the vehicle and drop you off at your check in location in Nozawa Onsen.
On departure, the driver will collect you from your accommodation and drop you off at the correct location for check-in for your flight. This means minimal pushing of trollies stacked with ski bags!
Taxi vehicle transfers must be booked in advance.
Private Taxi Transfers
Private transfers operate between either Tokyo Narita Airport or Tokyo Haneda Airport and Hakuba.
Prices - 2023 / 24
- Jumbo Taxi seats up 7x people & 7x suitcases maximum
- Prices shown are in Japanese Yen and are based on one way transfer between Nozawa and Tokyo Narita Airport or Tokyo Haneda Airport and include a 5% booking fee.
- Latest pick up time for passengers not on a flight, from Hakuba is 15:00 and from airport is 23:00.
- Recommended pick up time for Nozawa to Airport is 8.5 hours before flight departure time for Haneda OR 9 hours before flight departure time for Narita.
- Meet and Greet Airport service is included
Shared Taxi Transfers
Sharing a taxi transfer with other travellers is a great way to reduce the cost if you have a small group.
This service is available for international and domestic flights in and out of Haneda Airport only.
This service is not available for the route between Narita Airport and Nozawa Onsen.
Prices - 2023 / 24
- Prices are based on one way transfer between Hakuba and Haneda Airport and include a 5% booking fee.
- If passengers miss the taxi, they can take the next one if it is available
- Shared taxi transfers are not available between midnight and 05:00
- Pick up from Hakuba to Haneda Airport will be scheduled for 8.5 hours before scheduled flight departure time
- Depending on the number of bookings, a 45 seater coach may be used as the vehicle
- Maximum 1x suitcases & 2x carry on luggage per person.
- Two or more suitcases and ski bags will incur an additional ¥1,000 per piece of luggage (including ski bags).
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
- 30 to 75 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 30 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
