Payment for NAC’s activity constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
You and the participants who are named on the bookings recognize any outdoor activity may involve certain dangers, including but not limited to accidents or illness in remote places, forces of nature, and the actions of participants and persons. You must understand and agree NAC would not be able to offer its courses and activities without a means of protecting its assets and employees.
You must agree to RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY NAC from any and all liabilities, claims and courses of actions arising out of or in any way connected with you in any activities offered by NAC. You personally assume all risks in connection with these activities.
The accidental insurance covers, Hospitalization: 3,000yen/a day (from the first day) Outpatient care: 2,000yen/a day (from the first day) Death: 3,800,000yen *Third party injury and property damage are not covered 5. You must understand that during the course of my activity photographs may be taken and these will remain the property of NAC to be used at their discretion.
Lift passes and ski/snowboard equipment are not included in the lesson / tour fee
Please arrive with your ski/snowboard equipment ready to use.
Payment must be made in full prior to start of the lesson/tour.
Lesson/tour will not be extended or rescheduled due to the late arrival of the guest for any reason.
To be eligible for any refund due to sickness or injury, you must present a valid medical certificate within 24 hours of your lesson/tour.
Cancellation will be accepted free of charge up to 2 days prior to the lesson/tour, Cancellation charge: One day before the lesson/tour - 50% of the lesson/tour fee On the day of the lesson/tour - 100% of the lesson/tour fee
The bookings are only confirmed upon payment.
Please don't drink alcohol before the lesson/tour.
Resort Information
Samurai Snow offers accommodation in a choice of 8 different ski resorts.
If you have not yet decided on your preferred ski resort, please check out our Japan Ski Resorts page, which has a wealth of information on the ski resorts that we offer.
Niseko and Hakuba are the largest ski resorts each with multiple villages to choose from.
You can search for accommodation in all of the villages within Niseko or Hakuba by selecting “Niseko – Any Village” or “Hakuba – Any Village” OR you can search by village, for example “Niseko – Hirafu or Hakuba – Happo One.

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.
When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.
Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.
Checking Availability
If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.
Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.
We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.
Booking
To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.
Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.
Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.
The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
