Overview

Featuring two full sized bedrooms and king beds in the en-suited rooms and a traditional Tatami room off the main lounge area this house is perfectly suited to two couples or a family.

There is a huge kitchen, dining and lounge area and views to the ski slopes from one aspect and Mt Yotei on the other aspect.

The cosy gas fireplace and high vaulted ceiling gives guests a true mountain chalet feel.

In addition to the large kitchen, dining and lounge space there is also a traditional tatami room with soji doors to isolate it from the rest of the level.

A garage and equipment room on the lower level also houses a washing machine and dryer.

The third bedroom is a Japanese Tatami room adjoining the living room.

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before check in

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation
  • More than 75 days before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • 0 - 75 days before check-in - 100% cancellation fee applies

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows but may be subject to additional charges
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before 

No Smoking Policy

  • There is a penalty charge of ¥500,000 for violations of the no smoking policy with the right to evict without refund for the remaining days reserved
