With six bedrooms arranged to welcome a group of friends or a family traveling with children, Zen will be the ideal location to de-stress and enjoy good company after a day on the slopes. Despite having room for up to 19 guests, the house will never feel crowded even at its full capacity thanks to its rich open spaces and many quiet corners.

As two of the bedrooms are bunk bedrooms that sleep 10 people total, Zen is ideal for big groups seeking to make the most of their Niseko stay. The spacious tatami room can be set up with luxurious futons for the best slumber you've ever had in a hotel and an experience just like staying in a traditional Japanese ryokan inn.

Imagine yourself sitting in the lounge and media room with friends, enjoying private catering thanks to the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area, or simply having one of those rare, quiet evenings in front of the fireplace. Then again, with many restaurants and must-see sights in the area, you may be tempted to explore Niseko if you need a break from zipping through the world-famous powder snow. Or just think how the large Japanese-style bath will make sure to soothe your muscles and have you ready for another ski run the next day!

Zen, just as in the meditation practice, sets your state of mind to forget about your daily stress and focus on enjoying your winter holidays at its fullest.

House comes with FREE use of 8-seater rental 4WD van (drivers must hold a valid International Drivers Permit and be over the age of 26 years).

              Well-positioned in the heart of Higashiyama, Zen is less than a 5-minute walk to the famous Milk Kobo dairy farm and only a 5-minute drive to Niseko Village.

              The Higashiyama area is fast becoming the go-to area for families who want to enjoy a variety of restaurants, craft shops and activities.

              Higashiyama ski area is generally less crowded than the Hirafu area giving you more options for fresh tracks, fast lift lines and family-friendly skiing.

              The new Banzai ski lift is perfect for children and first-time skiers.

              Hirafu Village is just 10-minutes away by car and several shuttle buses run regular circuits to popular attractions in the area.

              • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
              • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows but may be subject to additional charges
              • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before 

              No Smoking Policy

              • There is a penalty charge of ¥500,000 for violations of the no smoking policy with the right to evict without refund for the remaining days reserved
