⚠️ Important Notice on Pass Modifications:
Lift passes are treated like cash by the lift operator. Once vouchers are issued (progressively from Nov 4th, or within 30 days of start date), passes become 100% non-refundable and strictly non-changeable under any circumstances.

1. Payment
- Full Payment Required: 100% payment via the booking portal is required to finalize reservations.
2. Cancellation & Change Deadlines
- 35+ days before check-in: 0% cancellation fee (100% refunded*)
- 22 to 34 days before check-in: 50% cancellation fee (50% refunded*)
- Within 21 days of check-in: 100% cancellation fee (No refund)
- Reductions: Reducing pass duration or guest count is treated as a partial cancellation and subject to the terms above.
* Refunds are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your final received amount in local currency depends on current exchange rates.
3. Making Amendments (Prior to Issuance)
- Changes 35+ days out: Modifications must be submitted at least 35 days before check-in before pass printing begins.
- Adding Extra Days: Adding days requires a separate pass booking and incurs a ¥5,000 change fee per order.
- Changes within 35 days: Unchangeable once passes enter the operator issuance window.
4. Lift Pass Usage Rules
- Activation: Pass validity begins upon first scan at ski lifts or the Hakuba Valley Shuttle Bus.
- Exclusions: Not valid for night skiing.
- Personal Use: Non-transferable and strictly for individual use (cannot be shared).
- Misuse Policy: Passes detected being shared or misused will be invalidated by authorities without refund.
