• Booking Cutoffs: Transfer requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance for Buses and 8 days in advance for Private Taxis. Requests submitted past these deadlines cannot be processed.

You do NOT need to fill out any additional forms—your transport schedule is already confirmed with us.

Already arranged your transport independently?
If you have already booked or arranged your own travel, please complete an Arrival Form and a Departure Form no later than 30 days before your check-in date.

Sharing your confirmed travel schedule allows our team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out logistics, arrange accommodation access, manage luggage, and schedule complimentary local pickup services (where applicable).
