Powder Clinic Lessons
In this powder skills specific clinic we meet early in the morning, catch the first gondola and are rewarded with fresh tracks while the rest of the masses are just rising. With a professional instructor who knows the best powder stashes for the Hakuba Japan area, we will work on powder skiing techniques, tree skiing, and cover some safety concerns while skiing in powder.
The Powder Clinic lesson is ideal for those with little powder experience who want to go on a backcountry tour in due course or just enjoy Hakuba's world-class powder. Once you ride the untouched light powder runs you will know where the addiction comes from. A desire for fresh tracks and a minimum intermediate skill level are all that is needed to get that one of a kind feeling.
Ability Level: You should be at least intermediate level on groomed runs before participating in our First Tracks.
Lesson Type: Powder Clinic is available in Jump Start or First Tracks time slots.
