Hakuba Inter-Resort Taxi Transfer

We are currently only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow. 

Samurai Snow Concierge

Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from Tokyo or one of the other resorts in the Japan Alps (Myoko, Nozawa, Shiga Kogen and Madarao Kogen) to Hakuba.

For transfers to Hakuba, the driver will meet you in your hotel lobby, carry your bags to the vehicle and drop you off at your check in location in Hakuba.

For transfers from Hakuba, the driver will collect you from your accommodation and drop you off at your hotel. This means no lugging ski bags around the city or ski resort!

Private jumbo taxi vehicle transfers must be booked in advance.

Hakuba Inter Resort Taxi Transfers Prices

  • Mini Bus has 13x seats but can transport up 7x people & 7x suitcases maximum
  • Micro Bus has 23x seats but can transport up 13x people & 13x suitcases maximum
  • Prices shown are in Japanese Yen and are based on one-way transfer between Hakuba and the other ski resort or city listed and include a 5% booking fee.

Book Hakuba - Inter-Resort or Tokyo city Taxi Transfers

We are only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.

Please enter your 5 digit Samurai Snow Reservation Number provided to you when you booked your accommodation in the form below and we will email booking instructions to you.

If you submit a request using the form below and have not already booked accommodation with us, we may not respond to your enquiry.

We are not able to book transfers 7 days or fewer before the transfer date.

Payment & Cancellation Terms

Payment

  • Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking

Cancellation

  • 75 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
  • 30 to 75 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
  • Within 30 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
  • "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Room Availability Information / Booking

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.

When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.

Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.

Checking Availability

If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.

We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.

Booking

To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
