Please fill out this form ONLY if you are ALREADY staying at another accommodation in Niseko (not booked with us) prior to checking in with us.
This form is strictly for sharing your local transfer schedule so we can coordinate your check-in and arrange local pickup services, where applicable.
Please Note Regarding Local Pickups:
Complimentary pickup service availability depends on the specific accommodation you booked with us. While some property management policies allow flexible local transfers, others only provide pickups from central transit hubs (such as the Niseko Hirafu Welcome Center or Kutchan Station). Once we receive your form, we will confirm your check-in arrangements and local pickup options.

Form Submission Guidelines:
- Please submit your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check-in date.
- Multiple Groups / Split Schedules: If your group is arriving or departing at different times or via different methods of transport, please complete a separate form for each subgroup travelling together.
