Standard Rate Plan - Refundable Deposit

Applicable Dates

  • 1st December 2026 to 31st March 2027

Payments

  • 25% Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 75 days or more days before check-in date - 0% cancellation fee applies - Deposit Payment is refunded*
  • 46 to 74 days before check-in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable but Balance Payment is refunded*)
  • Within 45 days of check-in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations
