Pre-book your lift passes with us and we will deliver them to your accommodation in Hirafu, Kabayama or Hanazono only.
Niseko Area Map
Duration
Lift passes of up to 7 days are for consecutive day usage only. Lift passes of 8 days or longer allow for up to 2 rest days. So, ski 8 of 10 days, 9 of 11, etc. The more days you book, the lower the cost per day becomes.
Coverage
Niseko United All Mountain Lift Passes covers all four Niseko United ski areas: Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village and Annupuri and includes Night Skiing from mid-December to mid-March (subject to change due to weather conditions).
The Moiwa ski area is not included on this pass.

Booking Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- Cancellations or changes made up to 10 days in advance of the rental start will result in a full refund*
- Cancellation or changes made within 10 days of the lift pass delivery date will incur a 100% cancellation fee
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Lost Lift Passes
- Lost lift Passes can be reissued. To reissue the lift pass, the lift ticket office will need 1) the 6 digit lift ticket number printed on the front of the lift pass (please make a note of this number in case you lose your lift pass) and 2) a ¥3,000 fee will be charged.
- If the lift ticket number cannot be provided, reissue of the lift pass will not be possible.

Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your lift passes directly through local resort vendors.
