Booking Terms
Payments
- 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Deposit Payment required no later than 130 days before check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 130 days or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
- Within 129 days of check in date, 100% cancellation fee applies
Gap Management
- Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
- Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
- Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.
Minimum Nights
- Each booking must be for a minimum stay of 7x nights. Exceptions can be made by the property owner, on a discretionary basis, for shorter booking requests that fill a gap between existing confirmed bookings.
Date Changes
- Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
- Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
House Rules
- If any damage that requires repairing guests will be charged based on local rates for repairs
- Any guests causing problems with other guests, neighbors, villagers, damaging property or having any trouble with local authorities will be immediately be evicted from the premises without a refund.
