A private or shared airport taxi transfer service between Hakuba and your chosen airport.
Jumbo 7-Seater Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from between Tokyo Narita Airport or Tokyo Haneda Airport and Hakuba.
On arrival at the airport, the driver will meet you in the arrival lobby, carry your bags to the vehicle and drop you off at your check in location in Hakuba.
On departure, the driver will collect you from your accommodation and drop you off at the correct location for check-in for your flight. This means minimal pushing of trollies stacked with ski bags!
Taxi vehicle transfers must be booked in advance.

Sharing a taxi transfer with other travellers is a great way to reduce the cost if you have a small group.
This service operates between either Tokyo Narita Airport or Tokyo Haneda Airport and Hakuba.

- Prices are based on one way transfer between Hakuba and Haneda Airport or Narita Airport and include a 5% booking fee.
- If passengers miss the transfer, they can take the next scheduled shared taxi transfer departure, if it has seats available.
- 10-minute toilet breaks are taken en route.
Luggage Allowance
- Maximum 1x suitcases & 2x carry on luggage per person
- Ski bags & excess luggage fee items incurs a fee of ¥1,000 per item - payable on site
Pick Up Times
- Pick up from Narita or Haneda Airport will be dependant upon your flight arrival time
- Pick up from Hakuba to Narita Airport will be scheduled for 9 hours before scheduled flight departure time
- Pick up from Hakuba to Haneda Airport will be scheduled for 8.5 hours before scheduled flight departure time
Non-Operational Hours
- Chou Taxis suspends airport operations between midnight and 05:00
- Last pick up time from airports is 23:59
- Last pick up time from Hakuba is 13:30 (must arrive at the airport by 20:00)
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
- 30 to 75 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 30 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Last Minute Bookings
- We kindly request that you book transfers as early as possible due to limited availability for short notice bookings.
- We are not able to book transfers 7 days or fewer before the transfer date.
General Terms
- Travellers may have to change vehicles during the journey
- Depending on the number of bookings, a 45 seater coach may be used as the vehicle
- The operation may be cancelled due to heavy snowfall or natural disasters
- No alcohol or smoking is permitted in the vehicle

Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your transfers directly through local resort vendors.
