Departure Form: Depart Niseko by Train

Important: This Form is NOT for Booking Train Tickets

Please fill out this form ONLY if you have ALREADY booked your train tickets independently or plan to purchase them on the day of travel.

This form is strictly for sharing your confirmed travel schedule with us so we can prepare for your check-in and local drop off services.

Submitting this form will NOT book train tickets for you, nor will it be processed as a request for transfer options, quotes, or availability.

Form Submission Guidelines:

  • Please submit your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check-in date.
  • Multiple Groups / Split Schedules: If your group is arriving or departing at different times or via different methods of transport, please complete a separate form for each subgroup travelling together.

The Invoice Number found at the top of the invoice provided to you when you booked your accommodation
Departure Details
The number of people in your group departing together via this method of transport
Please enter the first name and last name of each person in your group taking this method of transport
The name of the Train Station you will be boarding in Niseko
The time your train is scheduled to depart
This complimentary service is available for some but not all accommodations

Room Availability Information / Booking

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.

When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.

Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.

Checking Availability

If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.

We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.

Booking

To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
