Please fill out this form ONLY if you are staying on in Niseko at another accommodation (not booked with us) after checking out.
This form is strictly for sharing your local departure schedule so we can coordinate your check-out and arrange local drop-off services, where applicable.
Please Note Regarding Local Drop-offs:
Complimentary drop-off service availability depends on the specific accommodation you booked with us. While some property management policies allow flexible local transfers, others only provide drop-offs to central transit hubs (such as the Niseko Hirafu Welcome Center or Kutchan Station). Once we receive your form, we will confirm your check-out arrangements and local drop-off options.

Form Submission Guidelines:
- Please submit your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check-in date.
- Multiple Groups / Split Schedules: If your group is arriving or departing at different times or via different methods of transport, please complete a separate form for each subgroup travelling together.
