This form is strictly for sharing your local departure schedule so we can coordinate your check-out logistics.
Please Note Regarding Local Drop-offs:
Complimentary drop off service availability depends on the specific accommodation you booked with us. While some property management policies allow flexible local transfers, others only provide drop offs to local transit terminals (such as Furano Station) and others do not provide drop off services. Once we receive your form, we will confirm your check-out arrangements and local transit options.

Form Submission Guidelines:
- Please submit your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check-in date.
- Multiple Groups / Split Schedules: If your group is arriving or departing at different times or via different methods of transport, please complete a separate form for each subgroup travelling together.
