    Pricing

    • Prices listed are guidelines and may be subject to change before a booking is confirmed with a deposit payment.
    • If you are interested in booking this accommodation, please submit the booking request form and we will confirm the final price for your dates and send deposit payment instructions to you.
    • Once a deposit payment has been made, the price is fixed in Japanese Yen.

    Payments

    • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking 
    • 75% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 100 days before the check in date 

    Cancellation

    • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
    • Cancellation made before 100 days before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
    • Cancellation made within 100 days of the check-in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

    Transferability

    • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation.
    • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
    • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

    Gap Management

    • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
    • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
    • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

    Check In / Out

    • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
    • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows for an additional fee
    • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
