A childcare facility with qualified nursery staffs, a kids sled slope, and a kids park are easily accessible at the Hikage ski slope with some facilities are free of charge to use.

- Full payment required to book
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the rental start date: 25% cancellation fee (75% of the value of the booking is refunded*)
- Within 30 days of the rental start date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations

Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your equipment hire directly through local resort vendors.
