Iiyama Station is the closest Shinkansen (bullet train) Station to Nozawa Onsen.
Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from Iiyama Station to Nozawa Onsen.
On arrival at the train station, the driver will meet you in the station, carry your bags to the vehicle and drop you off at your check-in location in Nozawa Onsen.
On departure from Nozawa Onsen to Iiyama, the driver will collect you from your accommodation and drop you off at Iiyama Station.
Private jumbo taxi vehicle transfers must be booked in advance and cannot be arranged at the station as the station's taxi rank only offers local sedan taxis.

- Seating capacity is subject to change depending on the total amount of luggage.
- Prices shown are in Japanese Yen and are based on one-way transfer between Iiyama Station and Nozawa Onsen and include a 5% booking fee.
- For Taxis from Iiyama Station, there is no charge for delays on 0-30 mins, for delays of 30-60 min a JPY ¥2,000 waiting fee. No show after 60 min leads to automatic cancellation with no refund.
- Recommended pick up time for Nozawa Onsen to Nagano Station is 1 to 1.5 hours before train departure time.

Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
- 30 to 75 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 30 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.

If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your transfers directly through local resort vendors.
