Sky Station Private Transfer Terms and Conditions

  • Depending on the operation of the day it may not be possible to provide the vehicle of your choice.
  • You will be charged when an expressway toll is used. The route between Rusutsu and Chiose Airport does not use an expressway.
  • Prices include parking fee and call tickets used at the airport.
  • Bookings can only be accepted more than 7 days in advance. However, availability can be limited during peak season, so guests are encouraged to book at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • Bookings can only be accepted from Samurai Snow guests.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Samurai Snow via email.

  • Bookings are subject to the Samurai Snow terms and conditions.

Cancellation

  • Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to info [at] samuraisnow.com.
  • Cancellation 21 days or more prior to the transfer date incur no cancellation fee
  • Cancellation 14 to 20 days prior to transfer date will incur a 30% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation 7 to 13 days prior to transfer date will incur a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation within 7 days in advance will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Room Availability Information / Booking

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.

When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.

Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.

Checking Availability

If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.

We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.

Booking

To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
