Coolstar Terms & Conditions

• Round trip discount rate can be applied when reservations for both ways are made at the same time OR when reservations for both ways are made separately at least 3 days prior to the day
• Bookings can only be accepted more than 72 hours in advance.
• Bookings can only be accepted from Samurai Snow guests.
• Prices listed are for the 2015-16 Winter Season.
• Bookings are not confirmed until a booking confirmation email is sent from Samurai Snow. 
• Bookings are subject to the Samurai Snows terms and conditions.
• Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to info [at] samuraisnow.com.
• 50% deposit payment required to book Coolstar Limousine Transfers.
• 20% cancellation fee applied for cancellations 14 to 21 days prior to the transfer date.
• 30% cancellation fee applied for cancellations 7 days to 14 days prior to the transfer date.
• 50% cancellation fee applied for cancellations 3 days to 7 days prior to the transfer date.
• 60% cancellation fee applied for cancellations 2 days prior to the transfers date.
• 80% cancellation fee applied for cancellations the day before the day or transfer.
• 100% cancellation fee applied for cancellations on the day of transfer.
• For cancellations due to cancelled flights, caused by events such as bad weather on the day. 50% cancellation fee applies
• Samurai Snow strongly recommends taking out travel insurance and ensuring that this covers cancellation fees for services cancelled as a result of delayed / cancelled flights.
