Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from a wide variety of pick up locations to Furano with a variety of vehicle sizes offered.
Taxi Transfers are suitable for groups of any size with vehicle ranging from 2 person sedan taxis to 30 person coach vehicles.
Whether you are coming from Chitose Airport (CTS), sightseeing in Sapporo, Otaru or Hakodate, or a stay at one of the other major Hokkaido Ski Resorts, private taxi transfers are a great stress free option.
Vehicle Types
A variety of vehicle sizes can be booked subject to availability.
How many people can each vehicle type transport?
This depends on how many pieces of luggage your group has, especially snow gear luggage items - ski or snowboard bags.
If you book a cargo vehcile, your main transport vehicle will be transporting passengers only, which might mean you can book a smaller vehicle for your group.
Luxury Vehicle
The Toyota Alphard 30 series is used for the luxury vehicle type.
Featuring separate captain's seats with foot rests, own arm rests and reclining capability, the vehicles are extremely comfortable
2023 / 24 Prices
The price that you pay varies by travel date, route and vehicle type.
Regular Vehicles - A Season - 1st December 2023 to 29th February 2024
Regular Vehicles - B Season - 1st to 31st March 2024
Prices are based on a one way transfer between Niseko and the destination listed
Large Group Vehicles - A Season - 1st December 2023 to 29th February 2024
Large Group Vehicles - B Season - 1st to 31st March 2024
Child & Booster Seats
Child or booster seats are not legally required in Japan but these can be booked if you like (subject to availability).
Book Furano Taxi Transfers
We are currently only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
If you submit a booking request and have not already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow, we will do our best to respond to your enquiry but this will not always be possible.
Booking Process
Please follow the steps below to book your transfers.
1) Click on the red "Book Now" button below and the booking window will open in a new tab in your browser
2) Add all of the transfers that you require to your shopping cart
3) Click on the "Next" button at the bottom right of the page
4) Enter your personal details (all fields with an * are mandatory) and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button at the bottom of the page
5) Click on the red "Send Inquiry" Button at the bottom right
6) We will contact you by email with payment instructions once your booking request is confirmed.
Required Information
You will need to have the following information to hand:
All types of transfers
- FROM - the starting location of the transfer
- TO - the endpoint location of the transfer
- Date - the date of the transfer
- Transport types - your preferred vehicle type
- Number of passengers
- Pickup Sign Name - the last name used for your Furano accommodation booking
- Snow (ski) bag - the total number of ski or snowboard bags that your group plans to bring
New Chitose Airport to Furano transfers only
- Arrival Flight - the flight number of your flight to New Chitose Airport
- Arrival Time - the time your flight is scheduled to land at New Chitose Airport
- Destination Hotel - the name of your Furano accommodation
Furano to New Chitose Airport transfers only
- Departure Flight - the flight number of your flight from New Chitose Airport
- Dep. Time - the time your flight is scheduled to depart from New Chitose Airport
- Pick up From Hotel - the name of your Furano accommodation
- Pick up time - the time you would like to be picked up from your Furano accommodation - transit time is 2.5 to 3 hours
All other transfers
- Pick up From Hotel - the name of your accommodation in the location you are departing from
- Pick up time - the time you would like to be picked up from your accommodation
- Destination hotel - the name of your accommodation in the location you are transferring to
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 or more days in advance of the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee applies
- Within 75 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
