Bookings can be made EITHER at the Early Bird Rate Plan OR the Standard Flexi Rate Plan but not both.

The pricing shown on our website is the discounted Early Bird Rate for the stay dates where the Early Bird Rate Plan is applicable.

For booking requests with some stay dates where the Discount Rate Plan could apply and some dates where the Discount Rate Plan cannot apply, only the Standard Flexi Rate Plan is available to book. In these instances, the price will be higher than the price shown on the accommodation's page of our website.

Please let us know which rate option you prefer in the "Additional Information" section of the booking request form.
