Meet at the Mountain Private Ski & Snowboard Lessons
Maximize every minute on the slopes with their highly skilled, experienced, fun and friendly instructors.
Whether you’re wanting to master the moguls or it’s your first day on skis, their staff will instruct in a way that suits your learning style and deliver a memorable and highly productive lesson.
Hakuba Ski Concierge offer the following options for their Hakuba47 "Meet at The Mountain" private lessons:
- Half Day AM Private Lesson: 9:30 ~ 12:00 (2.5 hours)
- Half Day PM Private Lesson: 13:00 ~ 15:30 (2.5 hours)
- Full Day Private Lesson - 9:30 ~ 15:30 (6 hours)
Meet at the Mountain Week
- 5x Full Days of Private Lessons: 9:30 ~ 15:30 (6 hours)
- Choose 5 out of 6 consecutive days (possible to take a 1 day break during the week)
- Different guests on different days is allowed
- Save ¥60,000 versus booking 5x Full Days Lessons individually.

Important Details
- Inclusions: lessons include qualified ski/snowboard instructor (English speaking), insurance and tax
- Please bring: lift pass, winter clothing, helmet, gloves and goggles
- Discipline: Ski and snowboard private lessons must be booked separately
- Group Size: Maximum 5x people per instructor

How to get to Hakuba 47 ski resort?
Guests either take their own car, get dropped off by their accommodation provider (not all places offer this), or use the Resort Shuttle Bus provided by Hakuba47.

Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required within 5 days of the booking request being confirmed.
Cancellation
- 31 days or more prior to the lesson date: 25% cancellation fee
- 8 to 30 days prior to the lesson date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 7 days of the lesson date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Exclusive Service for Samurai Snow Accommodation Guests
Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your lessons directly through local resort vendors.
