Nagano Snow Shuttle operates a ski bus service with multiple daily departures from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Hakuba and vice versa.
Reservation in advance for seats on all of these services is required.

Haneda Airport to Hakuba Bus
The night bus transfer from Haneda Airport to Hakuba includes a drop-off service at your accommodation.
The morning bus transfer from Narita Airport to Hakuba drops off at the Hakuba Train Station.
If you let your accommodation provider know in advance, they may be able to meet you at Hakuba Train Station and take you to your accommodation for check-in
Hakuba to Haneda Airport Bus
For bus transfers from Hakuba to Haneda Airport, the bus departs from Hakuba Train Station.
Similarly for departure, if you let your accommodation provider know which bus you have booked with sufficient notice, they may be able to drop you off at Hakuba Train Station in plenty of time.

Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 30 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
- 15 to 30 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 14 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
