50% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
50% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
76 or more days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (35% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
46 to 75 days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (85% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
Within 45 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (0% of total accommodation price is refunded)

* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability & additional fees

Checking Availability
