Arrival Form: Narita or Haneda Airport to Nagano by Train then to Hakuba by Taxi

Important: This Form is NOT for Booking Train Tickets or Taxi Transfers

Please fill out this form ONLY if you have ALREADY booked your travel independently or plan to purchase train tickets on the day of travel.

This form is strictly for sharing your confirmed travel schedule with us so we can prepare for your check-in.

Submitting this form will NOT book train tickets or taxi transfers for you, nor will it be processed as a request for transfer options, quotes, or availability.

Form Submission Guidelines:

  • Please submit your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check-in date.
  • Multiple Groups / Split Schedules: If your group is arriving or departing at different times or via different methods of transport, please complete a separate form for each subgroup travelling together.

Room Availability Information / Booking

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
