All guests acknowledge that there are always inherent risks associated with skiing and snowboarding, while participating in on snow activities. This including all Action Snow Sports lessons & programs. Therefore, Action Snow Sports will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries during, before or after Snowsports School lessons, programs and any other associated products offered by Action Snow Sports.
All Action Snow Sports lesson and guiding programs will continue to operate when it is snowing, raining, foggy and windy. Instructors and management will tailor programs for the best possible results, respective of each day’s snow and weather conditions.
Note: If a guest chooses to cancel or not show up to their lesson or program due to weather conditions or for any other reason, then the cancellations policy below will apply.
If there is no appropriate terrain available to run the lesson or program due to lift closures Action Snow Sports will re-schedule the lesson. If a re-schedule is not available solutions will be offered, depending on the circumstances.

70% Balance due 75 days prior to lesson date
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations of equipment rental and lessons made prior to arrival in Madarao must be done via email to info [at] samuraisnow.com
Cancellations made after arrival in Madarao must be made either in person or by calling +81 80 9540 9918 between 8:15am and 4:30pm (Japan time).
Cancellations made 37 to 17 days prior, and/or when payment of the booking has already been made to Action Snow Sports, will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 16 to 10 days prior, and/or when payment of the booking has already been made to Action Snow Sports, will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made 9 days prior, or 4 days prior by 12:00 noon, will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made after 12:00 noon 3 days prior to the day of the reservation and `No Shows’ will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made at any time due to illness or injury will be eligible to receive a 90% refund for the remaining term, upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local hospital or private doctor.
