Overview

Enjoy the luxury of space in Niseko’s only ski-in ski-out luxury chalet. Located right on the ski slopes opposite the Ace Family chairlift in exclusive Upper Hirafu Village—you cannot get any closer to the lifts than this!

Featuring 450 square meters (4,650 square feet) on three floors, this is the largest ski-in ski-out property in Niseko.

The house is decorated throughout with antiques and features a spacious Living and Dining area with vaulted ceiling, gourmet Kitchen, large picture windows overlooking the ski slopes, a large Ski Room with direct access to the slopes, a Media Room with 55” cable TV and Bose surround sound, high speed WiFi broadband, and an extensive Library of books on Japan. 

The 6 bedroom chalet features a large Master Bedroom (55 sqm) with a hinoki-lined en suite, large walk-in closet and daybed nook for quiet relaxation. There are 3.5 bathrooms over the 3 floors.

The second floor has a spacious Living and Dining Room with vaulted ceilings, a gourmet Kitchen, and large picture windows overlooking the slopes. 3 additional bedrooms and a second lounge room complete the level. The ground level houses the ski locker room and access to the 2bedroom apartment.

The Master Bedroom is 55 square meters (565 square feet) and features a hinoki-lined en suite, large walk-in closet and daybed nook for quiet relaxation.

A children’s bedroom sleeps up to four kids in full-sized bunk beds with individual LED reading lamps. The other bedrooms accommodate one or two people. All beds have extra firm mattresses and bathrooms feature modern Toto NeoRest toilets and fixtures.

    • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
    • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
