Overview

Like a boutique hotel, comfortable and beautifully designed

If you can imagine a boutique hotel designed for families, that's what this is. It's spacious, well-appointed, and has spaces both for adults and kids (or inner child).

After a long day on the slopes you can pull into your private first floor garage to escape the heavy snow fall. Remove your jacket and store it with your skis in the ski dry room.

The kids will run upstairs to their media den and turn on the PlayStation if they have any energy left after skiing, while you retire to the master bath and soak while catching a glimpse of Mt Yotei. From there you will proceed upstairs to the beautiful kitchen or relax on the couch taking in the Yotei view from the massive windows.

There is all manner of fun to be had in Off-Piste as the name suggests. This accommodation is modern and boutique-y cool without going over the top.

The colourful accents, classy finishes and space age surfaces make this an exciting place to be. Newly constructed in 2020, this is one of our newest properties, yet is already an instant classic. Many are sure to return year after year.

Off Piste Chalet is set in the quiet and serene area of Kabayama, which is only 1.3 km walk from the centre of Hirafu and the closest bus stop just 700m away.

Booking Terms

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
