Cancellation Requests
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
Transferability
- Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building).
- Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
- It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.
Date Changes
- Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
- Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
Credit Card Authorization and Charges
- In the event that any damage or loss occurs within the property, the lead guest agree to promptly report such damage or loss and to bear the cost of repairs and any related compensation.
- An amount of JPY 500,000 shall be pre-authorized on the lead guest's credit card as a security deposit, and that such amount will be temporarily held.
- In the event that damage or loss occurs, the relevant costs shall be charged to the pre-authorized credit card.
- If any additional services incurred during your stay remain unpaid at the time of check-out, the outstanding amount shall be charged to the pre-authorized credit card
No-Smoking & No Pets Policy
- During the stay, if any evidence of smoking (including but not limited to odor, cigarette butts, ash, activation of fire alarms, or confirmation by cleaning staff or personnel) is found within the property (except in designated smoking areas), or if the presence of pets is discovered, a minimum penalty charge of JPY 500,000 shall apply. Additional charges for damage may apply.
