The following terms and conditions apply for all tours operated by Niseko Photograpy. These terms and conditions apply in conjuction with Samurai Snow Terms & Conditions

Model Release

In consideration of my engagement in a Niseko Photography tour, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to Niseko Photography the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, sell, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or in which I may be included, in all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. Commercial Purposes 

Photographs, video and edits provided by Niseko Photography & Guiding to their clients and guests are released and licensed for individual and personal use only. Any companies or individuals wishing to use any shots, footage, films or edits taken by Niseko Photography & Guiding staff for commercial purposes, must expressly outline these intentions as a commercial license fee will be applicable. It is strictly prohibited to circulate for commercial or promotional means, any materials taken by the company without our express permission. 

Niseko Photography & Guiding Cancellation Policy

Occasionally bad weather or dangerous conditions may lead to the decision to cancel a tour for both staff and client safety. We normally are able to head to other resorts to avoid such problems and Niseko Photography & Guiding reserve the right to make these decisions on grounds of Health & Safety. If the tour is cancelled at the decision of the guide, money will be fully refunded. If the tour is started and then cancelled at the decision of the guide due to bad weather or dangerous conditions, money WILL NOT be refunded. A cancellation fee may occur in some cases if customers cancel the tour for their own reasons as outlined below. Cancellation Fees & Refunds: 7 days before the tour date – 50% refund Within 7 day or less of tour – 0% refund. In the event of a natural disaster such as an earthquake, tsunami or volcano

*Exceptions

This policy does not apply for multi day bookings and wedding and pre wedding photography. All of these services must be paid in advance and will be refunded 100% until a month outside the event. Within the month there will be no refund.

Late Start Policy

We will normally pick groups up from their accomodation. Please be on time and ready to leave. If you are meeting us at a designated meeting spot, please arrive on time. Bookings cannot go beyond the scheduled finishing time. Non-arrival 30 minutes after scheduled starting time is considered a no-show, and is not refundable.

Room Availability Information / Booking

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.

When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.

Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.

Checking Availability

If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.

We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.

Booking

To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
