We are currently only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
Private Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from a wide variety of pick up locations to Niseko with a variety of vehicle sizes offered.
Taxi Transfers are suitable for groups of any size with vehicle ranging from 2 person sedan taxis to 30 person coach vehicles.
Whether you are coming from Chitose Airport (CTS), sightseeing in Sapporo, Otaru or Hakodate, or a stay at one of the other major Hokkaido Ski Resorts, private taxi transfers are a great stress free option.
Vehicle Types
A variety of vehicle sizes can be booked subject to availability.
How many people can each vehicle type transport?
This depends on how many pieces of luggage your group has, especially snow gear luggage items - ski or snowboard bags.
If you book a cargo vehcile, your main transport vehicle will be transporting passengers only, which might mean you can book a smaller vehicle for your group.
Luxury Vehicle
The Toyota Alphard 30 series is used for the luxury vehicle type.
Featuring separate captain's seats with foot rests, own arm rests and reclining capability, the vehicles are extremely comfortable
Cargo Vehicle Accompaniment Service
The cargo van has a number of uses:
1) Accompanying the luxury vehicle type
The cargo van must be booked if you book the luxury vehicle (Alphard 30 series) as the vehicle cannot accommodate suitcases or ski / snowboard bags as the internal space is used up for large comfortable captain's seats
2) For large groups as an alternative to a large vehicle booking
There are many roads in Niseko Hirafu that large vehicles cannot go down as they are too narrow.
Large groups may wish to consider booking 2x Hi Ace vehicles & 1x cargo vehicle instead.
3) For groups sightseeing on the way to Niseko

The price that you pay varies by travel date, route and vehicle type.
Regular Vehicles - A Season - 1st December 2023 to 29th February 2024
Regular Vehicles - B Season - 1st to 31st March 2024
Prices are based on a one way transfer between Niseko and the destination listed
Large Group Vehicles - A Season - 1st December 2023 to 29th February 2024
Large Group Vehicles - B Season - 1st to 31st March 2024
Large Group Vehicles and pick up / drop off at the following locations only:
- Hirafu - Hirafu Welcome Centre, AYA Niseko, The Vale Niseko, Snow Crystal, Setsu Niseko, Orchards Niseko
- Hanazono - Park Hyatt Hanazono
- Niseko Village - Hilton Niseko Village Hotel, Green Leaf Hotel
- Annupuri - Northern Resort Hotel
Child & Booster Seats
Child or booster seats are not legally required in Japan but these can be booked if you like (subject to availability).
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 or more days in advance of the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee applies
- Within 75 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Large Group Vehicles
- For arrival transfers from Chitose Airport to Niseko, please book the same flight into Chitose Airport. Flight delays and cancellations are not uncommon in the winter season
- Waiting delays will incur additional costs. Sky Station cannot respond to delays of more than 3 hours
- When using low cost airlines (all other than JAL and ANA), there is a higher liklihood of flight cancellation in cases of bad weather
