GoSnow is the official international snowsports school of Niseko Grand Hirafu Resort.

Enjoy one-on-one attention or form your own group of up to six guests of similar ability. Private lessons are the most effective way to progress quickly - share your goals with your instructor and benefit from expert coaching tailored to you
- GoSnow Private Lessons operate within the resort boundary only. Access to the Niseko United gate system is not included in any of our products
- A minimum 30-minute break is included in all Full Day Private Lessons and can be scheduled at your preferred time within the six-hour lesson period

- Full Day, AM and PM lessons operate from 29th November 2025 to 12th April 2026
- First Tracks lessons operate from 10th December 2025 to 7th April 2026
- Twilight lessons operate from 14th December 2025 to 22nd March 2026

- Check the proximity of your accommodation to our bases & the free resort shuttle stopping points

Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 10 days or more prior to the lessons start date: 0% cancellation fee (100% of lesson price is refunded*)
- 4 to 9 days prior to the lessons start date: 20% cancellation fee (80% of lesson price is refunded*)
- Within 3 days of the lesson date: 100% cancellation fee (no refund is offered)
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your lessons directly through local resort vendors.
