Hokkaido Resort Liner is a great value bus service.
For travellers wanting to travel from Furano to Niseko, they offer bus routes from Furano to Chitose Airport & from Chitose Airport to Niseko, stopping at the Hirafu Welcome Centre, Niseko Village, Niseko Annupuri and the Moiwa area.
For travellers wanting to travel from Niseko to Furano, they offer bus routes from Niseko to Chitose Airport & from Chitose Airport to Furano, stopping at the Furano Town, Shin-Furano (at the base of the Furano side of the ski resort) and a number of stops in the Kitanomine area (at the base of the Kitanomine side of the ski resort).
Whichever direction you are travelling, you will need to check in for the second leg at the Resort Liner Bus Counter in the Domestic Terminal of Chitose Airport.
A comfort break along the way is provided for both stages, so you can get out and stretch your legs.
Taking this bus is relatively direct with just one change of vehicle required at Chitose Airport.

- Adults are classed as 12 years and older.
- Child Prices are available for children aged 3 to 11 years.
- Infants aged 0-2 years are permitted free of charge if they do not require a seat.

General Service Notes
Vehicle Change at Chitose Airport
- As this bus is connecting with New Chitose Airport⇔Rusutsu/Niseko and New Chitose Airport⇔Furano, you need to change vehicles at New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal.
- When you arrive at the airport, please check in at Tour Desk #2 Hokkaido Resort Liner Counter(New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal 1st Floor) again for the second leg of the transfer.
Luggage Allowance
- One Ski / Snowboard Bag and one suitcase per person is permitted to be carried in the trunk of the bus
- Carry-On / hand luggage should fit under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartments on boar
Meeting Times
- Please come to the meeting point no later than 10 min prior to your departure and 15 min prior to your departure if you are departing from the airport.
- Buses will depat on time and won't wait for passengers who haven't arrived before the departure time.

Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 10 or more day in advance of the transfer date: No cancellation fee (refund* is provided)
- 9 days or fewer of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Flight Delays / Cancellations
- When a flight schedule has been changed or delayed, the bus schedule also might be changed
- If you miss your bus due to the delay or cancellation of your flight, you will be checked in for the next available bus or other transport options will be offered
- Please note that Resort Liner are not responsible for securing other transport for passengers
Extreme Weather & Driving Conditions
- In the unlikely event that the weather & driving conditions are sufficiently bad that Resort Liner do not think they can arrive to the destination on time, they may drop passengers off at the nearest train station or introduce other transport options
- Additional costs, such as train fare are not borne by Resort Liner
Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed on any bus services
Ski / Snowboard Boots
- Wearing of ski or snowboard boots on bus services is prohibited

Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your transfers directly through local resort vendors.
