Booking Terms

Payments
- 35% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 65% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 76 or more days before check in date - 35% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
- Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)
Transferability
- Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building) or to a future winter season.
- Unless specifically agreed in writing by Samurai Snow, any request to change accommodation or transfer dates to a different season is considered a cancellation of the original booking and standard cancellation terms will apply. A new booking would be required for alternative accommodations or future seasons.
- Requests to adjust stay dates within the same winter season are subject to supplier approval, availability, and potential rate adjustments. Reservation name changes may be permitted (subject to approval).
Damage, Smoking & Excessive Cleaning
- Guests are required to provide their credit card details in advance via a secure online authorisation form.
- The card can be charged in the case of i) damage to the accommodation during their stay, ii) smoking in the accommodation or iii) excessive cleaning* required to get the accommodation ready for the next guests
- Documentation supported with evidence will be provided, if applicable, prior to charges being made.
* Excessive cleaning includes but is not limited to leaving behind excessive trash, stains, disarray, failing to separate garbage according to provided guidelines
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
