Booking Terms
Payments
- 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Non-Refundable Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation
- 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
- Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)
Transferability
- Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building).
- Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
- It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.
Security Bond & Property Protection
To ensure this property is maintained to the highest standard, a refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit of ¥200,000 is required.
- Method: Prior to arrival, guests will receive a secure digital link to complete their mandatory registration and provide a credit card for the deposit.
- Mandatory Requirement: Completion of this digital form is a condition of entry. Access to the property will not be granted until the refundable deposit is paid.
- Coverage: This deposit covers potential costs for damages, loss of keys, incorrect rubbish separation, or specialty cleaning fees (such as smoking fines).
- Resolution: The Property Manager will inspect the property upon check-out. If there are no issues, the deposit payment will be refunded. If damage costs exceed the initial deposit, the guest authorizes the Property Manager to charge the balance to the card provided. This bond is a direct agreement between the Guest and the local Property Manager.
Guest Details & Occupancy
Registration: In compliance with Japanese Law, passport copies (photo or scan) for all members of your group must be provided prior to or at the time of check-in. Completion of this registration is a mandatory condition of entry. Guests will be provided with a secure link to upload these details.
Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your invoice. Unauthorized additional guests may result in immediate eviction by the Property Manager without a refund.
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
Date Changes
- Stay date changes are considered to be a cancellation of the original booking (cancellation terms apply). Rebooking of the new dates is required.
