Nagano Snow Shuttle operates a ski bus service with multiple daily departures from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Nozawa Onsen and vice versa.
Reservation in advance for seats on all of these services is required.
Haneda Airport to Nozawa Bus
The night bus transfer from Haneda Airport to Nozawa Onsen includes a drop-off service at your accommodation.
The morning departure from Haneda Airport to Nozawa Onsen drops off at the centrally located Chuo Bus Terminal in Nozawa Onsen.
Nozawa to Haneda Airport Bus
For departure from Nozawa Onsen to Haneda Airport, there is no pick-up service from your accommodation provided but the bus does depart from the Chuo Bus Terminal.
2026 / 27 Prices
Infants aged 0-3 years are permitted free of charge if no seat is required. There must be 1x adult per infant.
Luggage Allowance
- Standard Luggage: The per person allowance is 1x item of checked luggage (max size: L 210cm x W 50cm x D 30 cm / max weight: 25kg) and 1x item of small carry on luggage (must fit on your lap, under the seat or in the overhead compartment).
- Oversized Luggage: If you have a ski or snowboard bag but no checked luggage An oversized luggage surcharge of ¥825 applies.
- Extra Luggage: If you plan to bring more than 1x luggage item to go in the bus luggage compartment, you can book this in advance for an additional fee of ¥2,750 per standard luggage or ¥3,575 per ski or snowboard bag. You can book this on the day of travel but this will be more expensive and subject to there being space available on your bus.
Please note: Two items of luggage strapped together will be counted as 2x items.

Haneda Airport to Nozawa Bus Timetable
- For connection time, please allow a minimum of 75 minutes if arriving at Haneda Terminal 3 or 120 minutes if arriving at Terminal 1 or 2.
Nozawa to Haneda Airport Bus Timetable
- For connection time for International flights, please allow a minimum of 150 minutes between bus arrival and flight departure time
- For connection time for Domestic flights, please allow a minimum of 75 minutes between bus arrival and flight departure time

Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 65 days or more prior to the transfer date: 20% cancellation fee
- 35 to 64 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 34 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.

Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your transfers directly through local resort vendors.
