Exclusive Service: Transfers bookings through Samurai Snow are available strictly for guests staying in our booked accommodations. If you are staying elsewhere, please arrange transfers directly with local resort suppliers.
Nagano Snow Shuttle operates a convenient bus service between Hakuba and the other resorts in the Japan Alps - Myoko, Nozawa, Shiga Kogen & Madarao.
Please make your way to the pickup location of the resort you are departing from. The bus will then drop you off at the drop off location in the resort to which you are travelling.
A change of vehicle may be required at Nagano Station.
Reservation in advance for seats on all of these services is required.
We are only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
Plan Early
We recommend booking this service as early as possible to guarantee availability and secure your preferred option.
Availability of this service for short notice bookings is likely to be limited or not available.
2026 / 27 Prices
Infants aged 0-4 years are permitted free of charge if no seat is required. There must be 1x adult per infant.
Luggage Allowance
- Standard Luggage: The per person allowance is 1x item of checked luggage (max size: L 210cm x W 50cm x D 30 cm / max weight: 25kg) and 1x item of small carry on luggage (must fit on your lap, under the seat or in the overhead compartment).
- Oversized Luggage: If you have a ski or snowboard bag but no checked luggage An oversized luggage surcharge of ¥825 applies.
- Extra Luggage: If you plan to bring more than 1x luggage item to go in the bus luggage compartment, you can book this in advance for an additional fee of ¥2,750 per standard luggage or ¥3,575 per ski or snowboard bag. You can book this on the day of travel but this will be more expensive and subject to there being space available on your bus.
Please note: Two items of luggage strapped together will be counted as 2x items.

Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 65 days or more prior to the transfer date: 20% cancellation fee
- 35 to 64 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 34 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.

Winter service bookings are strictly reserved for guests who have booked their accommodation directly through Samurai Snow.
If you have a confirmed accommodation booking, please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Details below. We will email you direct access to our booking portal along with step-by-step booking instructions.
Booking Lead Time: We are unable to accept or process bookings submitted 7 days or fewer before the start date. Please submit your request at least 8 days in advance.
Please Note: Submissions without a valid Samurai Snow Accommodation Reservation Number cannot be processed. If you have not booked accommodation with us, please book your transfers directly through local resort vendors.
