                        This accommodation is new to our range and not yet on our maps but is located next to Yasuragi on the Location Map

                        Avalon is located in the lower Hirafu village just 100 meters from the free shuttle bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the lifts.

                        To get to the lifts just hop on the shuttle which runs every 5-10 to take you anywhere around the resort you wish to go.

                        There are lots of great local restaurant favorites such as Rin, Ebisu Tei Izakaya and the Fridge Door Bar all just a few minutes walk from the door.

                        Pick up / drop off service for arrival AND departure from / to Hirafu Welcome Centre or Kutchan Train Station is available to book for a fee:

                        Booking Terms

                        Payments

                        • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                        • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                        Cancellation

                        • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                        • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                        • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                        Transferability

                        • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                        • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                        • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                        Gap Management

                        • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
                        • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
                        • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
                        • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

                        Check In / Out

                        • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                        • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                        • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
