Overview

Chalet Luma is a fun house that is perfect for the family, think parents and kids and grandkids, or a group of friends seeking that super snow sensation.

The media room on the first floor is either a family den or a man-cave. There are comfy couches and a big TV for all your entertainment needs. There is also a Foosball table where you can compete against your siblings or friends to see who is the MVP.

The gorgeous Japanese style bath is perfect for soaking away the pain of the mountain and where hours will seem like minutes.

The second-floor features two master bedrooms and associated ensuites as well as two more bedrooms plus a separate bathroom. Ample space for the whole crew.

The expansive top floor is like an observation deck. Views from every angle of the wonderous winter wonderland around the property. A modern, minimally styled dining room moves into the chic kitchen with jazzy red stools. The kitchen bar provides a perfect place to mingle and enjoy all those amazing Japanese treats you picked up from the local producers.

There is a large deck, delightfully perfect for cocktails, wine, whiskey, or... milk, orange juice, and chocolate.

At Chalet Luma there is a seamless transition between interior/exterior. The perfect place to catch a breath of fresh air. We can almost hear you and yours laughing quite a bit in this space with all the fun you'll be having.

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
