Cocoa is a three-bedroom house with a beautiful mix of Japanese and Western architecture.

Specially designed and furnished by the owners, the house is perfect for accommodating six people or two small families wanting a cosy getaway in a traditional Tatami room with two futons on the upper floor and two western bedrooms (one king and two super singles) on the lower floor. 

The spacious living and dining area with its large windows lets in lots of light and features a spectacular unobstructed view of Mt Yotei.

Filled with all the modern amenities, Cocoa exudes the warmth and comfort of a country home.

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
