Overview

The first floor of this accommodation is the perfect place to live out your dream snow holiday. A large laundry and dry room gives you space to store all your ski and snowboard gear. There is also a toilet tucked away in here. The modern kitchen features a bar that spills over into the dining area so you can cook up a storm and entertain guests.

The couches in the living room are the perfect place to curl up and watch a movie as the evening snow falls.

Once you are ready to retire for the night head upstairs to the second floor where the bedrooms are located. There is an ensuite bathroom for the master and another large bathroom for the other guests. Bunks in one of the bedrooms are perfect for the kids.

Complimentary shuttle service within Niseko Hirafu is provided for guests staying at this accommodation between 07:00 and 19:00.

This service must be reserved in advance and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking Terms

Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Gap Management

  • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
  • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
  • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
