Overview

North Star is located in the main Hirafu village, less than 100m from a free winter shuttle bus stop and within easy walking distance to a number of popular  restaurants. 

Featuring two western style bedrooms and a third Japanese tatami room, North Star can sleep up to seven people.

There is no shortage of living space with a large open plan living dining area.

If you stay during the summer you can take advantage of the rooftop BBQ area and stunning views of Mt Yotei.

                      Location

                      This accommodation is new to our range and not yet on our map but is located next to Yukisawa.

                      North Star is 100 meters from the free winter resort shuttle bus stop and just a ten minute walk to the lifts, however it is easier to hop on the shuttle which runs every 10-15 minutes and will take you anywhere around the resort you wish to go.

                      Rin Izakaya, Baddies Bar & Ebisutei Izakaya are all less than a 5 minute walk from the front door. Gyu+ aka The Fridge Door Bar is also a short walk away.

                      A little further up the road you will find Hirafu's main street with shopping and famous restaurants including Fuji Sushi, Abucha, Kamimura and many more.

                      Pick up / drop off service for arrival AND departure from / to Hirafu Welcome Centre or Kutchan Train Station is available to book for a fee:

                      Payments

                      • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
                      • 75% Non-RefundableBalance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

                      Cancellation

                      • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
                      • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
                      • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

                      Transferability

                      • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
                      • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodation booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
                      • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

                      Gap Management

                      • Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
                      • Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
                      • The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
                      • Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.

                      Check In / Out

                      • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
                      • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
                      • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
